Account, newsletter, catalogue and order records are stored in our Neon-hosted PostgreSQL database. Product images are stored using Vercel Blob. Order details are also sent to WhatsApp only when you choose to continue there for confirmation. We do not store payment card or bank-account details because payment is arranged separately.

We retain order records for the period reasonably needed for fulfilment, customer support, accounting and legal obligations. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Account data is deleted or anonymised after a valid deletion request unless a legal obligation requires continued retention.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Neon for database hosting, Vercel for website and image hosting, and WhatsApp (Meta) for optional order communication. These providers process limited information needed to deliver their services and operate under their own privacy terms.
